Svet v malem 2025 - fotografie + REPORT Dejana Rankova!
Ako každoročne, aj tento rok sme sa zúčastnili festivalu plastikových modelov SVM 2025, tak ako posledné roky. Atmosféra bola výborná, koná sa v Pivke vo vojenskom múzeu – má to svoje výhody aj nevýhody, ale všetko je v poriadku. Rozmiestnenie stolov s modelmi je síce trochu netradičné, ale kvôli exponátom v múzeu niet veľa priestoru na inú možnosť. Na druhej strane však môžete naraz vidieť múzejné exponáty aj modely, čo je veľké plus.
Vďaka skupine Back To Basics sa tento rok udialo niečo naozaj inovatívne – konal sa workshop, na ktorom spolupracovali traja modelári z troch krajín, pričom každý pracoval na jednej fáze toho istého modelu. Workshop viedol Fabio Besani (maľovanie s produktmi Ammo a patina), Grega Križman (aplikácia obtlačkov a patina) a ja, Dejan Rankov, alias Modellius (tieňovanie a techniky záverečnej patiny).
Ako po iné roky, aj teraz sme si užili pohostinnosť Josefa Logara, ktorého voláme Don Padre, v jeho chate – v malom kúsku raja na zemi. Chcel by som poďakovať rodine Logarovcov za ich pohostinnosť, veľmi si to vážime.
Stretli sme veľa priateľov a skvele sme si to užili.
V nedeľu sme navštívili múzeum „Slovinsko v malom“. Toto múzeum sa nachádza na letisku Jožeta Pučnika v Ljubljane. Diorámy vytvoril Igor Grabnar, ktorý ich staval 15 rokov – a musím povedať, že odviedol skvelú prácu. Riaditeľom múzea je Bine Logar (Back To Basics). Múzeum ma nadchlo – veľmi kreatívny a moderný spôsob, ako deti zábavnou formou naučiť históriu. Majú množstvo programov ako napríklad oslavy narodenín, workshopy na stavbu modelov a mnoho ďalších aktivít. Robia výbornú prácu a prajem im veľa úspechov – len tak ďalej! Viac o múzeu nájdete na:

Suma summarum, bol to víkend plný zábavy a priateľstva, naučili sme sa veľa o histórii, o nových prístupoch v modelárstve a o tom, ako zaujať mladšiu generáciu pre tento úžasný koníček.

As a tradition we attended the SVM 2025 scale model festival as we did for a past few years. The ambient is excellent, it is held in Pivka military museum, it has it goods and bads but it is all in order. The setting of tables with models is a little bit odd but there is no room for anything else because of the the museum exhibits, but on the bright side you can see the museum artifacts and the models at the same time.
Thank so Back To Basis this year happened something real innovative, there was a work shop with three modelers, from three countries with three different things, continuing each other work on one model. The work shop was held by Fabio Besani (painthing with Ammo and weathering), Grega Križman (decaling and weathering) a me, Dejan Rankov a.k.a. Modellius (with post shading painting and weathering technique).
As in years before we enjoy the hospitality of Josef Logar, who we call Don Padre in his cabin in little peace on heaven on earth, I would like to thank the Logar family for their hospitality it means a lot to us.
Lots of friends were there and we had a great time.
On Sunday we went to the museum Slovenia in small. This museum is placed on Jožeta Pučnika Ljubljana (Ljubljana Airfield) Igor Grabnar is the maker of dioramas, he build this for 15 years, and I can say he made an excellent job, Bine Logar (Back To Basis) is the director of the museum. I was fascinated with the museum, a very creative and new approach how to get kids in to learn history thru fun, and they have so many programs such as birthday parties and workshops on which the make scale models and so many more. They are making a good job and I wish them all the best and just to keep in going. More about the museum you can find on:

Suma summarum, it was a weekend of fun and friendship, we learned lot about history and the new approach of scale modeling and how to animate the youngsters to join us to this great hobby.
